Customer Support: Training
Training is provided for Line Maintenance and Workshop Technicians from
both the Civil and Military sectors. It is carried out by one specialist
instructor, backed by a Support Services Engineer and aTraining Coordinator.
Courses are held in the production assembly and test line at CESA in Spain.
However, instructors can carry out training at customer premises, if required.
A variety of aids are used in the provision of any training given, including Power Point Presentations, Video, as well as Computer Based Training. All course attendees are provided with specially produced Training Notes for their personal use, as well as a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course.
