Customer Support: On-Site Technical Support

For immediate technical support in the field, CESA employs the Goodrich AOG field support website Help Desk as the initial point of contact for enquiries. However, CESA technical representatives are available for maintenance work or repairs directly by special request from the customer/line operators.
The purpose of this page is to provide a customer / operator contact allowing to request a visit by a specialist to the location specified by the customer to assist in maintenance tasks related to CESA products.
