Seville Work Centre

The CESA Seville Work Centre currently performs 2 types of activities, each at a different Aircraft assembly level, within the A400M Final Assembly Line (FAL).

CESA's Seville Work Centre will first intervene at the Station 60 level, where the Central and Forward Fuselage are assembled together, for the preparation and assembly of the Wheels and Brakes and their later assembly with the Landing Gears. CESA Seville Work Centre will perform these works in a dedicated workshop inside the FAL building.

Next, CESA's Seville Work Centre will integrate, at Station 25 – Engine Build-Up – level, various Engine-related Systems that are not supplied by the Engine Manufacturer but are necessary to the Engine and Aircraft operations.

Examples of such systems are:
Fuel
Hydraulic
Drainage
Electric Generator

For the development of these activities, the CESA Seville Work Centre works with the Lean Manufacturing and MRP systems of CESA from the set-up of the Assembly process and work instructions up to the release of delivery documentation (CAIR) and Certificate of Conformance in agreement with EASA 21, POA.

For this purpose, CESA's Seville Work Centre has 700 m2 + 90 m2 for its factory and offices in the FAL.
