On the A400M, CESA is involved in various Systems’ Development, at different levels. On the Landing Gear Systems, in partnership with Messier-Dowty, CESA is developing and will manufacture all the Hydraulic Actuators; CESA is also manufacturing Structural Parts like the Nose Landing Gear Main Fitting, Turning Tube and Steering Kit parts. CESA is developing for AIRBUS Germany the Hydraulic Reservoirs as well as the Door and Ramp Actuation System that includes 26 Actuators, some of them of 4 meters extended length and 6 Control Manifolds which are designed in cooperation by Liebherr Aerospace. Finally, CESA is also involved in the development of the Hot Air Pneumatic System for the EBAS and VFG. These are 2 Non Return Valves and 1 Ejector Shut-Off Valves for Liebherr Aerospace Toulouse and 2 Ejector Shut-Off Valves for AIRBUS Military. |
